In Honor of my Uncle Ron Plassman
Tax deductible
Today my Uncle Ron passed away. He was a caring, loving, generous man (funny too!). He was my mom’s brother. Uncle Ron and Aunt Suzanna are parents to my cousin Anne, who was born with physical disabilities. With the help of the Turnstone Center, Anne has reached her full potential and is able to be as independent as possible as an adult.
Uncle Ron was instrumental in the construction of the Plassman Athletic Center at Turnstone, named in honor of my Uncle Ron and Aunt Suzanna. The center is a world class Paralympic training center providing recreational activities for children and adults with physical disabilities. Uncle Ron was very proud of the facility and what it provided for those who were able to use it and in his honor I would love to, with the help of my friends, help the center reach their current fundraising goal of $60,000. The last I checked they were $10,000 from their goal.
Please check out the Turnstone and Plassman Athletic Center Facebook pages to read Uncle Ron and Aunt Suzanna’s story and their connection to the Turnstone Center and all of the wonderful things that happen there.
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Turnstone Center For Children and Adults, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause.
