In Honor of our Beloved Brother, Chima Njaka
To all who love Chima,
Diversity was very important to Chima. So many black men do not have the educational opportunities that would allow them
equal footing in the professional workplace. Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity was an important family tradition in our family. There were multiple generations of of Alphas in Chima’s past and therefore was part of Chima’s development as a young man. His frat brothers were household names.
Alpha Phi Alpha is the first inter-collegiate historically black fraternity, founded in 1906. One of their objectives is to encourage the highest and noblest forms of manhood. Chima’s wife, Ann, has chosen the Alpha Phi Alpha Education Foundation, Inc. as the place where she would like donations sent.
All donations that have come to this GoFundMe page will go there. As I was planning to include a link directly to the Alpa Phi Alpha donation site, we found a security glitch on their donation link. So we have contacted the fraternity to fix this (no doubt, that is Chima stepping in to alert the fraternity and get them to fix this!) As soon as that is done, we will include a direct link to Alpha Phi Alpha’s Education Fund donation site. Thank you to all of you donating in Chima’s name!
