In Honor of Ray Hoover

Ray Benjamin Hoover passed away on December 13, 2020 after a long fight. He leaves his wife of 44 years (my sister) Terri Theodore and 3 sons along with many grandchildren. They are in need of help with the funeral expenses! Ray was also a Vietnam veteran. He served his country and loved his family!
