In Honor of the Gibbs Family

My name is Taryn Lynch and I am honored to be the sister of Trevor Gibbs (sister in law to Sarah Gibbs) and Auntie to two amazing little girls - Allison and Adelynn. On Saturday, June 26th, 2021 the Gibbs Family were ecstatic to welcome their third child, Archer Charles, into the world. A beautiful, perfect, 7lb 14 oz. miracle and a spitting image of their eldest daughter Allison. However, tragically that following Wednesday June 30th, 2021 both Sarah and Trevor held their perfect son as they made the decision that no parent should, and turned off his life support. Only hours before, Archer was at home pulling on his sister's curls, and stealing his family's hearts. Despite his short time on Earth, Archer left such a large impression on his family and will be missed terribly.

With that being said, I am raising money in order to cover the funeral costs, medical bills, counseling, and any additional expenses that have resulted from this heartbreaking tragedy. My goal is to allow the Gibbs family to recover, together, and somehow seek joy in a world that seems turned upside down. While most families are establishing new sleep schedules, doing mountains of newborn laundry, yelling for older siblings to be quiet while the baby is napping, the Gibbs family is picking out funeral plots, returning baby items, and trying to explain to their 8 and 5 year old how their little brother was not coming home again.

For those that don't have the means to contribute, I ask that you keep the Gibbs family in your thoughts and prayers. Please surround them with solace during such an upsetting and unfair time. Pray that they find closure, peace, and understanding. Pray that their little girls look to Jesus for comfort and strength, and understand that their baby brother gained his place in heaven among our Creator.
