After a grueling battle in the hospital with COVID 19, Efren passed away leaving us way too soon. Efren is survived by his wife Maritza, sons Jesse, Andrew, and Itzam, parents, siblings, and numerous family members. He is also survived by his work family from American Express Mexico and many friends.

Efren’s youngest son, Itzam, is only 6 years old. Efren was very proud of providing his son with private education in Mexico City. His dream was to provide his son with opportunities for a successful future. In order to continue Efren’s dream, we are starting a college and life trust fund for Itzam.
