In loving Memory of Joaquin Edwards IV
Donation protected
On Friday, February 16th, we tragically lost Joaquin Edwards IV, fondly known as JJ, as he was making his way to school in a devastating train accident. The pain of losing a child is so overwhelming that it's hard to find the right words or actions to ease the heartache. JJ spent 16 years of his life being deeply loved and cherished by his family. He leaves behind his mom, Allexsis Young, his dad, Joaquin Edwards III, and 6 siblings.
JJ wasn't just a cherished member of our family; he was the embodiment of joy and kindness. At only 16 years old, JJ was a beacon of light in our lives and in the community. He was a high achieving academic and Junior at Adams High in South Bend, IN, where he showed immense promise as a wrestler, bringing passion and dedication to everything he did.
On behalf of his parents, we are reaching out for support to help cover the unexpected expenses associated with JJ's tragic passing. Your generous contributions will provide space and time for healing for the family and support JJ's siblings during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for keeping JJ's memory alive and for standing by our family during this dark and challenging time. Your support means more to us than words can express.
