In loving memory of Gary Corbett, rest in peace X

A few days ago I received a devastating phone call. My mum and stepdad, Gary Corbett, 65 years old, were on a long distance bike in the Scenic Rim on the Gold Coast, Australia. Gary had an unexpected heart attack and died instantly while he was on his bike
They were in the country side and had no phone reception to contact an ambulance or any support. My mum performed CPR until a passing car stopped to assist help. Luckily he was a paramedic, Two ambulances and 1 helicopter arrived shortly after but unfortunately it was too late.
Gary was already gone.
Healthy living is an understatement for both Gary and Rachel...
In 2016 they broke a world record on e-bicycles.
They rode 27,800 kms, 16 countries through the EU and Europe!!!

I am living in Germany and my mum and family are in Australia. We have been in a lockdown for almost 1 year. Since March 2020.. Due to the pandemic, travel restrictions, flight caps, cost of flights and quarantine it makes it basically impossible for me to get to Australia right away! Or offer financial support, which is heartbreaking for me as I can’t be there for my mum and my family in this traumatic time.
Aside from offering moral, online and over the phone support I don’t know what else I can as I am literally stuck on the other side of the world.
I have created this go fundme page for my mum and will give her the choice of where the money raised goes towards.
It's very least I can do.
Mum and Gary you are both in my thoughts,
Rest in peace Gary Corbett, you will be missed
I love you so much.
You have a love that one day I aspire to have
And a love that has inspired so many!!!
EXPENCSES;
Reading, sharing and donating if possible would be so greatly appreciated
All my love & thank you
