In Loving Memory of Adam Thompson

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to honour the memory of Adam Thompson who died suddenly and tragically on August 20, 2023.

Adam's legacy is carried on by his devoted wife, Vicky, their daughter, Ava Rose, his furry son, Loki, as well as his loving parents, Doug and Fran.

I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my sister and Adam’s wife, Vicky Jeung. All funds raised will go directly to her to aid in funeral costs and Ava’s future. The transfer to Vicky’s personal bank account has already been set up.

Adam was a beloved member of the paramedic community in Ontario. He has been a York Region Paramedic since 2013 and anyone who worked alongside him quickly realized his caring, compassionate, and empathetic attitude towards his patients. He could quickly take the most stressful situations and turn them into one that put his patients at ease.

Adam wasn’t just a paramedic, he was an incredible person whose infectious laughter brought joy to everyone around him. He will be remembered for his incredibly generous heart and sharp wit, which brought a touch of humour to every situation.

Adam will be missed by his group of friends. They loved each other fiercely and will lean on each other at this time. One had this beautiful memory to share: “Adam was a stranger when we bonded over sour keys as children in the school yard, we quickly became friends then became family. I Love You.”
