In Loving Memory of Anna Snavely
Donation protected
On behalf of the Snavely family and Desert Storm Swimming, we are heartbroken to say our beloved friend, sister, daughter, and coach Anna passed away on March 23, 2023.
Anna Christina Snavely age 20 passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2023. She was a student at EMSTraining Center of Southern Nevada. She worked as a lifeguard at the Municipal pool and also was a coach with Desert Storm Swim Team. Anna got great joy out of coaching her kids and always went the extra mile to help the ones who struggled. Anna was a talented artist and very involved in the Kids' Church ministry at Transformation Church of Las Vegas. Anna was sympathetic toward anyone with mental illness; she herself struggled with Bipolar disorder. Anna is survived by her parents Mark and Annie Snavely, brothers Michael and Steven (Alisha), and sisters Jessica (Alli), Arielle Kim (Andrew), Rachael Long (Bodhi), and Christiana.
Anna touched the lives of the swimmers she's coached, the friends she made, and the family she cared immensely about.
She dedicated her life to the joy of not only swimming but teaching the new generation of Desert Storm and serving the team.
We are all devastated by the Snavely family's loss and were not prepared for the high cost of necessary services. We want to give Anna the memorial she deserves, honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
We are currently asking for donations to reach the goal of $10,000 by April 4th, in order to be able to afford the service.
Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help the family during this difficult time.
Thank you so much and have a wonderful day.
