In Loving Memory of Baby Jack Jax: Support His Family

Our hearts are shattered by the unexpected passing of sweet Baby Jack Jax on Saturday night. Jack has fought so bravely and courageously through so many obstacles. He is now able to rest with our Lord.

Jack was the absolute sweetest, cutest and loving little guy. Knowing him made your life a little brighter. He would take his hands together and put them up on his chest and give the biggest smile. That was one of my absolute favorite things he did! It just made you melt! There wasn't a bad day if Jack was there with you. Jack is special. Not in the fact that he had Down Syndrome but in the fact that he was truly one of a kind. He will be missed by so many.

This was created to help his family with any and everything they need. Whether it's funeral costs, bills, food or time off work, this will go towards their needs as they see fit. Please keep Nick, Teresa, Oliver and Henry in your thoughts and prayers as they grieve their loss of sweet Baby Jack.
