In loving memory of Baby Jacob

I am a friend of the Woldt family and organizing this fundraiser to help them in their time of need. On August 19th, the Woldt family had to say goodbye to their newest member: Jacob Riley Woldt, only 23 days old. This GoFundMe is for those who want to show their support in a financial way to help them through this difficult time as they lay their baby to rest.

5 months into my pregnancy we found out our baby boy's brain didn’t develop correctly in the beginning stages of pregnancy. My entire pregnancy we were told to say hello and goodbye because they didn’t expect him to be born alive or live long after birth. On July 27th I gave birth to the most perfect little guy and he came out alive. Days went by and he was holding on strong so we decided to take him home, but he was on hospice because we knew our days were limited. To everyone’s surprise, he let us love on him for 23 days.

Jacob Riley Woldt, we will love you and celebrate your life for the rest of ours. We’re so blessed to have had the time we did with you.
