In Loving Memory of Benjamin Francisco Alvarez Sr.

Dear friends and family,

We are heartbroken to share the sudden loss of Benjamin Francisco Alvarez, our beloved brother, son, uncle, nephew, cousin, Godfather, father, and friend. His loyal friend Onyx AKA Pappas was there as his copilot and was also taken away in this catastrophic accident caused by an intoxicated driver. Onyx was a rescue, and they were inseparable up until the last day of their lives.

Witnesses who remained at the scene stated that if the intoxicated driver did not kill Benjamin and Onyx, he would have killed a mother and 2 children who were not wearing their seatbelts. Their lives were tragically taken too soon by an intoxicated driver who ran a red light and our world will never be the same. We believe they left this world together and we are glad they are in Heaven.

Benjamin was a powerhouse with a kind soul. Always ready to share a laugh, ideas, something he was learning or working on, and always ready to humbly help someone in need. He was never one to waste a day of this life and worked with diligence and love for himself, his son, his family, and others to the very end. His presence brought joy, light, laughter, and always a great sense of ease to those who called on him for a helping hand. His presence, his smile, and his laugh will be profoundly missed by us all.

In this difficult time, we need your support of Ben and his son Benjamin Jr., to honor Benjamin Sr.'s memory and lay him to rest. We are asking for your help to cover the funeral expenses and any other associated costs in fulfilling this.
