In loving memory of Blazer Beaumia
On Tuesday night, April 25, 2023 God called home one of His own, leaving an unimaginable void, not only in his family, but also in the Kingston, TN and Roane County communities at-large. Blazer Beaumia was a rising star on the local and regional sports scene. As a freshman, Blazer was the starting quarterback for the Roane County High School Yellow Jackets. The future held so much promise, not only for Blazer, but also for the football team he led on Friday nights. In 2021, Blazer quarter backed Cherokee Middle School to a State Championship which gave so much hope and promise to followers of the Roane County High School Yellow Jackets.
The accomplishments Blazer achieved in football and basketball held nothing in comparison to what he was as a young man. Blazer was loved by so many, young and old. His smile would light up the darkest room. He attended New Life Church in Harriman, Tennessee, where he was active especially with the youth group. The tributes being paid to Blazer by his many friends really shine a light on what the community lost on April 25, 2023, when a car accident took him way too soon.
As can be expected, Blazer's family is devastated. The financial burden that funeral expenses can bring is something that is weighing heavily on his mother, Emily Murphy, and father, Nate Beaumia. Grieving for your child that has passed away is something that haunts the nightmares of parents. The community can come together at this time and help alleviate some, if not most of the financial burden being felt by his grieving parents. There is no amount too small. Every penny raised can take a little more of the burden away from his parents so they can focus on rebuilding their shattered lives left in the wake of Blazer’s untimely death. The economic downturn is being felt by everyone in this country. That's why even a small amount donated can go so far in helping his family focus on his siblings he leaves behind, rather than worry about the high cost of funeral expenses. Let's show them our appreciation for the 15 years they shared their son with us. Thank you in advance for your support. God bless Blazer Beaumia, his family, and God bless you.
