In Loving Memory of Caitlynn Jacobsen
Donation protected
On March 4th, our family said goodbye to sweet Caitlynn. Her transition was peaceful and she was surrounded by family.
Caitlynn was born with a rare genetic condition called Cornelia DeLange Syndrome (CdLS). At birth, we were told she would likely only live a week. We were blessed to have been able to spend almost 27 years with her.
Caitlynn was loving, friendly, kind, and never met a stranger! She had a feisty and stubborn side (like her mama!) and found joy in the little things — oven mitts, silverware, kitchen tools, keys, and ice cream. Caitlynn was small, but mighty!
My family and I will use these proceeds to help fund a permanent memorial for my sister, and any remaining funds will be donated to the CdLS Foundation. This Foundation not only helped our family, but countless others with similar stories.
