In Loving Memory of Caroline Anne Bradeen Philbrook...

Donation protected
Hello folks.. my name is Michelle (Robicheau) Collamore... if you are taking the time to read this, thank you so much.

My longtime friend since high school, Jamie (Bradeen-Philbrook) Ames and her family have suffered an unimaginably profound loss.

Her daughter, Caroline Anne Bradeen Philbrook, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at age 26.

Caroline had a deep love for nature, the ocean, kayaking and traveling to new and beautiful places. Despite her love of being a seafaring wanderer, she was most at home when on the island of Vinalhaven, Maine. However, after a struggle with mental health issues, our sweet Caroline is now at peace. She will be missed with great emptiness by all who knew her.

Caroline will be cremated, with part of her remains being interned on her sanctuary of Vinalhaven, and the other part being scattered at sea for her deep love of the ocean and traveling.

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal.” ~ An Irish Proverb

The family has been incomprehensibly devastated by this unforeseen loss. Jamie has to take time off from her job, therefore her husband, Shannon, will be the sole income at this time, and they have two other children that in private school and college. Although they have not requested it, I understand how the family could use your support at this time to help with funeral costs and other associated expenses, as well as to help relieve the stress over loss of income and bills accumulating. I am just trying to help my friend and her family out in any and every way I am able to, so I am asking for the support of our communities, parishes, friends, families, loved ones and anyone that is able to contribute, any and every amount helps out and is greatly appreciated, this is something that no parent ever plans to experience or prepare for. If you are unable to contribute, please share this to extend the potential of assistance from others.

Thank you so much for your compassion and consideration. All funds will go directly to Jamie and her family via this gofundme. ❤️‍
