In loving memory of Chad Burgess

Chad Burgess was an amazing husband, son and father to 5 kids. After living with type 1 diabetes for over 30 years of his life as well kidney failure, Chad sadly passed away at 49 years old from heart failure after he had a heart attack after his at home medical treatment. His family is looking for any help to cover his funeral costs to give him the beautiful funeral he deserves, as well as help to support them during this incredibly difficult time. Every dollar helps.
