Charlotte was born on May 18th, 2018 to Matthew and Madison Tatum. She had a congenital heart defect, along with a few other health problems that made her heart issues even more complicated.
Many of us have been passengers in some way on the journey of this little family. After 7 months of bravery and strength, Charlotte's part of the journey has come to an end.
With Charlotte’s passing, her parents must now take on the challenge of putting life back together and moving forward.
