In Loving Memory of Chickie Fink

There will be a memorial service at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Port Charlotte, FL, on July 16 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for Hilda "Chickie" Fink of Franklin, TN and previously Port Charlotte, FL, who died peacefully after her second battle with cancer on June 30, 2021. In lieu of flowers, we have set up this gofundme account for anyone who wants to make a donation in her loving memory.

We will use these funds to make a donation in Chickie's name to Port Charlotte High School Athletic Department where she spent almost a decade as Assistant Athletic Director at Port Charlotte High School. She was dedicated to helping all students offering kindness and support in preparing them for their future. As current PCHS Assistant Principle Dr. Bishop said, "Words simply do not do justice to the incredible commitment she gave to our school. She touched -- in such a positive way -- thousands of Pirates."

We will also make a donation to Alive Hospice in Franklin, TN. This group of people helped comfort and care for Chickie in ways that words just cannot express - their compassion, care and thoughtfulness helped her and us prepare for her passing both physically and mentally. We will forever be grateful.
