In the heart of many communities, there exists a pillar; a person who stands as a beacon of strength, wisdom, and kindness, guiding others with a warm heart and an open hand. Chris Sinanan was that pillar in our community, a man whose impact reverberated far beyond the confines of a classroom or the boundaries of a real estate deal.

As a loving husband, father, brother, and friend, Chris nurtured relationships with a gentle yet firm hand, always encouraging, always uplifting. His love knew no bounds, and his spirit, no limits. He leaves behind his most loving & caring wife, Cindy and his three adult daughters Stacey, Samantha and his most beloved, Sarah in addition to four grandkids and three grand-dogs & three grand-cats. Both Cindy and Sarah continue to own and operate Tristar Academy carrying on his legacy.

In his professional life, Chris was a revered Real Estate Instructor and Broker, a role he embraced with passion and dedication. Also holding six Real Estate Brokers licenses in; Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina! His immense knowledge and expertise in the field were unparalleled paired with his trademark sense of humor, earning him the title of the highest-rated real estate instructor at Tristar Academy in the DMV area. Chris was not just an instructor; he was a mentor, a guiding light for many aspiring individuals in the real estate industry, helping them carve out successful paths and achieve their dreams.

But Chris was more than the sum of his achievements. He was a beacon of hope, a man who invested not just in properties, but in people. His mentorship extended beyond the classroom, touching lives and nurturing dreams with a kindness that was as boundless as his wisdom.
