In Loving Memory Of Cindy Coletta

Hello Family & Friends, my name is Yohanny Rodriguez and I am friends with Joe Coletta & Cindy Coletta.
Our dear friend Cindy left us way too soon!!!
I had the pleasure to know Cindy for over 10 years and throughout this time she has dealt with so many health complications and always managed to pull through until this dreadful day September 8, 2022 when we lost her from pancreatis cancer; which took over her whole body. If, you ever got to meet Cindy you know what a kind, generous, funny, kick ass, strong women she was because we all know Joe and patience and strength is something you must have to be with him. LOL…. In all seriousness I am setting up this page to honor her for all the love and support she gave to anyone she met. Joe and Cindy are not only my friends they have become my family. They have supported me in any decisions I have made in my life including finishing my degree, moving away, and the most important one is my journey into Sobriety.
Joe and Cindy met in college and were together for over 40 years, and if you met them you would wonder how this marriage ever worked but they did manage to love, honor, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do them apart. They loved each other in a way that no one could ever understand, they had a bond that no matter what obstacles were put in their way they survived it.
When I met Cindy her 1st battle with cancer was breast cancer and the way Joe devoted his time and love for his wife is laudable. He made sure he went to all her doctor appointments, chemo, radiation, and he continued to do all this when she was diagnosed again with her 2nd battle with cancer. He devoted all his waking hours making sure his wife, our good friend Cindy received all the care she needed to help her cope with all the discomfort, fear, anxiety, and the inevitable.
This page is for anyone that had the privilege in meeting our beloved Cindy and even if you did not this to help Joe and his family with medical expenses and funeral services. As with all deaths, no one was ready or prepared for Cindy’s passing, so we ask from the bottom of our hearts for any contributions. I know the amount that is being asked for will not cover everything but it will help lessen the worries for Joe. Please don’t think that amount of money is too small, I believe there are enough people who care about Cindy that we will meet this goal.
May you Rest In Peace Cindy Coletta 5/12/62-9/8/22
