In loving memory of Clementine

Clementine, or Clem as she was affectionately known by family and friends, was all heart. Those who knew her understand when I say that she was one of the kindest and most gentle souls to grace this earth. She was sunshine in human form; always there to help her family or friends with her characteristic beaming smile. She was sweet and funny and oh-so loving. The life of the party and everyone's cheerleader; we are all better people for having had her in our lives.

Clem was recently diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour. Suffering rare post-surgical complications to remove the bulk of the tumour, Clem passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on the 8th of May. To support Clem's family during this incredibly difficult time, I'm raising funds to gift them to contribute towards flights, support and memorial arrangements. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated.

Clem is the beloved daughter of Sally and Morris, sister of Madison, Pandora, Edwina, Matilda & Adelaide, and Partner of Tyson. She was a friend to all.
