In Loving Memory of Collin - Supporting the Zavoda Family

Our hearts are broken as we share the sudden and unexpected loss of Collin, a beloved son, brother, friend, and teammate. Collin was a bright light in our community, known for his infectious smile, friendly spirit, and unwavering enthusiasm.

Collin was an active Boy Scouts member, thriving on adventures and camaraderie. He also loved the thrill of competition, playing youth hockey with the Protec Ducks, Protec Predators, Hunterdon Bears, and the Bridgewater Raritan High School Panthers. In the past year, he also took on the challenge of becoming a youth referee, giving back to the hockey community. Whether on the ice or off, Collin always had a kind word and a positive attitude, making everyone around him feel welcome and included.

This unimaginable tragedy leaves Collin’s parents, Elsa and Doug, and his brother, Mitchell, a graduating high school senior this year, struggling to cope with the emotional burden.
