In Loving Memory of Connie Hoagland
Donation protected
Unexpectedly, Connie Jean Hoagland, age 68, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2020, after a fierce battle against Alzheimer’s Dementia.
In 2015, Connie Hoagland relocated from Arizona to come back to her native Colorado. She resided with her sons, Nathan Hoagland and Marty Aragon.
In the summer of 2019, (in addition to Connie's decline to Alzheimer's) she was also recovering from an accidental fall resulting in 9 broken ribs on her right side, a broken sacrum, and lacerations to her head.
Both of us agreed it was necessary to step down from our permanent full-time jobs, to provide around-the-clock quality care that Connie deserved... and this was one of the easiest decisions we ever made! We were privileged to be her 24/7 family caretakers, along with the exceptional support from the Brookdale In-Home Hospice experts!
A “Celebration of Life Service” will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Olinger Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton CO 80229.
At this time, we are humbly seeking donations to help fund Connie's memorial service and provide some financial relief for the family.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you in advance for your generosity!
