In loving memory of CW3 Steve Hoxie Jr.

On June 4, 2020 Steve Hoxie Jr. died in his home. He left behind a wife and his children. He was a dedicated husband and father, friend, motivated soldier, coach, son and brother.
His absence has left a void in this world and his family that can never be filled or replaced. Steve was everyone’s go-to guy. If you ever needed anything, all that anyone ever had to do was ask, and that was only if he hadn’t already taken notice of your needs and met them of his on accord.
As a soldier, he served a decorated 20 year career. First as a Senior Noncommissioned officer, and then as a Warrant Officer in the Signal Corps. Steve was a hard charger, and the guy you wanted in your foxhole. He always put everyone else first, no matter his own needs. His death is felt by everyone, and he is missed terribly.
Him and his wife Jana have four beautiful children, Noah-10, Gia-8, Jade-4, and Myla who is 18 months.
Their lives will never be the same and it is our goal to do whatever we can to help Jana in her transition. The Hoxie family sacrificed much over the last 20 years in defense of our nation, and now is our chance to return their love and sacrifice and be there for them.
22 United States Armed Forces veterans commit suicide every day, when they feel they can’t go on any more. It breaks our hearts that Steve has joined them in despair. Please join us in supporting his family, and spreading awareness of the problems that face our military members every day. #Mission22
