In Loving Memory of Dan Clay

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel J. Clay. Daniel passed away on June 13th, 2022 due to medical complications.

We are creating this GoFundMe Campaign and reaching out to Daniel’s friends in an effort to raise funds to help the family with these sudden and unforeseen circumstances.

Hardly anyone close to Daniel knew him as Daniel. Those closest to him simply knew him as "Dan" or "DC".

DC was a fun, loving, kind soul with an infectious laugh. Anyone that knew him, or worked with him, would all agree that DC was one of the kindest, friendliest and most gentle-hearted guys you could ever meet.

In his private life, DC spent time with his wife, Marisa, and their daughter, Lindsay, who just graduated from high school. He loved playing video games, reading, binge watching Netflix, and spending time with family.

Professionally, DC was an accountant, tax preparer and bookkeeper. Eventually, his career skills lead him to Heavenly Greens, where he spent the last 6-years managing the accounting department, paying the bills, listening to employees and running the company's payroll.

Daniel “DC” Clay is survived by his wife, Marisa, and their daughter, Lindsay.

Any and all contributions are appreciated! The family is hoping to use these donations to help Lindsay through college.

Memorial services are in process and will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Fremont, CA. Date TBD
