Donation protected
Danny Florito Ramirez, 65 of Seaside, California, was called to our Lord’s heaven above on the 28th day of September 2022 after a tough but humble life, died of natural cause.
Danny was born on December 19,1956 to his late loving parents, Dorothy and Rosendo Ramirez in Fairbanks, Alaska. A child of a military family who brought him to Seaside. He is survived by his daughter, Mindy Tomashow of El Paso, TX. He has three grandchildren; Olivia Celeste, Andrei Nikolaus, and Mikaela Grace.
Danny met his dream wife Emily Ramirez of Monterey, California in 1985, who he married while living in Monterey until her passing in 2015. In pursuit of a humble life and dream of being an infamous chef, Danny achieved his goal as he was rewarded his title as Chef Danny from the Napa Institution of Culinary Arts. He enjoyed feeding people his unique taste of nourishment and watched as they savor his elegant cuisine.
Danny had a passion to relax, enjoy life, and loved playing golf. His kind words, “It’s not how you drive, it’s how you arrive!” will never be forgotten. Danny was also an avid bowler, team player, and loved watching sports.
Danny is pre-deceased by siblings Elinor Dumo and Franklin. He is survived by siblings Margarita Baird, Rosendo (Bill) Jr, Alejandra (Alice) Tokar, Martha Torpey, Christopher, Valentine, Edward, John, and Patrick.
Services will be held at Castroville Cemetery District in Moss Landing, CA on October 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a Go Fund Me account in Danny’s name where donations will be sent to an organization felt strongly about rehabilitating alcoholism, drug abuse, and homelessness.
