In loving memory of Domingo Flores

2020 the year of covid, my grandpa (Tata) was diagnosed with colon cancer. As he started his battle against cancer my mom was right by his side since day 1. My mom stopped her life and career and dedicated all her time to him. She would wake up early and go to his house and cook breakfast lunch and dinner and clean his place and take him everywhere such as his appointments, his chemo, etc. She continued to take complete care of him for the next 4 years. As her daughter i look up to her strength, dedication, and patience and it made me want to help as much as possible with taking care of him because of the fact that she did so much for him and still came home and maintained our home. We’ve stayed by my Tata’s side and even with a 4 year long battle, if you knew him you know he always had a smile on his face as well as never failing to make others smile. He impacted so many lives with his kindness and loving character. 2024 with the cancer spreading further and further it became time for our bright light to go. My Tata passed May 31st 2024 and we ask friends, family, and kind strangers for help to pay for funeral and memorial expenses during this tragic time in our lives. We hope to be able to honor his memory by sending him off with a beautiful memorial like he would’ve wanted.
