In loving memory of Edgar Ocanas-Salinas

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Edgar Ocanas-Salinas, who tragically left us too soon. Since 2017, Edgar has worked on and off with our E&I group, most recently serving as a superintendent. He left a lasting impression on those who had the privilege of working alongside him. His dedication, kindness, and genuine spirit touched the lives of many.

Edgar was one of the most kind-hearted and genuine people you could ever know. He brought warmth, laughter, and integrity to both his work and personal life. He will be deeply missed by all his friends, family, and coworkers who were fortunate enough to know him over the years.

He is survived by his loving mom, Maria Salinas, daughter, Aylani Ocanas, his wife, Abigail Avilez, father, Francisco Ocanas, and his grandmother, Magdalena Salinas Garza. He also leaves behind his siblings Samantha Salinas, Franky Ocanas, Servando Salinas, and Sebastian Salinas.
