In Loving Memory of Francisco Carrillo

On Sunday, November 7, 2021, Francisco Carrillo, a 26-year-old, was getting  into his vehicle about 10:15 p.m. in the 2900 block of West 44th Place when someone in a passing black Chrysler 300 began shooting at him. He was struck in the head and leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
