In Loving Memory of Francisco (Keiko) Antonio Bisono IV

Dear Friends, Family, & Community,

On Wednesday, July 31st, around 12:30 am, a horrific incident occurred at Shipps Corner Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. My nephew, Francisco Antonio Bisono IV, lovingly known as Keiko, was one of two passengers who were fatally injured in a car accident.

Keiko had such an infectious personality. It was always evident by the smile on his face. To know him was to love him. He always saw the good in people and never hesitated to offer a helping hand. He had such a good heart and soul. As you can imagine, there is no way we could have prepared for this.

I am reaching out for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Any amount you can donate will go directly towards Keiko’s funeral & memorial services.
