In loving memory of Fredrick “BARRY” Barratt

Hi I’m fundraising on behalf of my mum “Wendy” to help her with the costs of funeral expenses for her husband Barry who sadly lost his life to cancer on 18/07/2024 while he was admitted to Blackburn hospital after a recent fall and blow to his head this is when Wendy was told the tragic news that his cancer had spread and there was no more treatment they could do :-( after a huge fight he sadly passed away with his family around him.

Barry was a true gentleman who was a loving husband, father, grandfather and stepfather who will be sadly missed!

Due to increasing rises of the cost of living and my mum being his sole carer while battling with cancer unfortunately they had no income coming in other than carers allowance and with the prices of funerals and other expenses I would be really grateful if you could help let my mum give her husband the send off he truly deserves.

I appreciate the credit crunch is affecting everyone but honestly your donations however small all help towards the cost.

A standard funeral with no extras costs roughly £3,500 and that’s with no celebration of life afterwards so please please kindly help
