In Loving Memory of Gregory Lewis Weaver

With heavy hearts, we dedicate this page to honor the life and memory of Gregory Lewis Weaver who died suddenly on Saturday, September 23rd from cardiac arrest.

Greg's legacy is carried on by his devoted wife, Cara, their two precious children: Jack (5) and Millie (2). They were his whole world.

Greg will be remembered for his incredibly generous heart, resilient faith, sharp wit, and dedication to every aspect of his life, particularly his family. He was a loving husband, incredible father, and a one-of-a-kind son, brother, uncle, and friend. His big, grounding presence brought humor and wisdom to every interaction, situation, and relationship. He was always fully present and lived life to the fullest.

With the family’s permission, we have created this fundraiser to help support Cara and her family’s needs in the days, weeks, months, and years to come. The financial burdens that come with an unexpected loss can be overwhelming. All donations will go directly to Cara Weaver to make this difficult journey a little more bearable. Join us in preserving the memory of Greg, a life that touched us all. Together, we can provide the support needed to navigate the difficult road ahead. Details for Memorial: Please join us in remembering and honoring the life of Gregory Lewis Weaver from 3:00 to 6:00 on October 15, 2023. The service will take place at MerryMakers Club on Davis Islands. Program will begin at 3:15. Children welcome. 124 Danube Ave. Tampa, FL 33606. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres to follow, dress is casual. Parking available in lot across the street as well as neighborhood street parking, but, carpooling and Uber is encouraged.
