In Loving Memory of Hugo Macias

On Friday December 16, Hugo Macias, wonderful husband to Julia Macias, father of 4, and grandfather of 7, unfortunately passed away. He had a heart attack Monday December 12, and had two surgeries after to clear his arteries. He was released from the hospital on Thursday December 15, which was unfortunately the day of his daughter’s birthday. The next morning he suddenly stopped breathing and passed away. This came as a shock to everyone, nobody saw it coming and we are all trying to stay strong and keep it together. Anyone who knew Hugo, knew he was the most selfless and giving man ever. He was a very hardworking man who did everything he could to provide for his family, he was truly the backbone of the family. On his days off, he spent his days tending to his ranch and the animals. He always said, “There was always something to do around the house.” Apart from constantly working hard, he was known for being the light of the family, always making everyone laugh and smile, even on his hardest days. Hugo Macias was the epitome of happiness, he always knew how to make everyone around him happy even on our toughest days. Now that he is no longer with us, we are missing such an essential piece of our family and we would appreciate all the help we could get. With funeral expenses and all other expenses that come with his loss, we are trying our best to do what we can, but we know we are not able to cover everything.
