In loving memory of Iksong Jin

On Monday August 15, IkSong Jin, my best friend Zimo’s father, passed away after a fatal car accident in New York. A reckless driver from an opposing lane trying to pass a car led to the tragic accident. On Friday afternoon, August 19th, Zimo unexpectedly received a phone call from the New York Police Department that his father passed away at the scene of the accident. Without any chance to say goodbye, Zimo was only able to see his father after the accident and now has to carry on as the sole income earner of his family and care for his widowed mother.

I have created this gofundme to help support Zimo to cover funeral expenses. Any donation amount is very much appreciated. It absolutely devastates me to see what my best friend is going through. Please pray for him and his family during this difficult time.

슬픈 소식을 전해드립니다. 저희들의 친구 진지모군의 아버님이신 진익송님께서 지난 8월 15일, 뉴욕에서 불의의 교통사고로 소천하셨습니다. 8월 19일 금요일에 지모는 갑작스럽게 이 소식을 듣게 되었고, 작별인사도 제대로 드리지 못하고 아버님을 떠나보내게 되었습니다. 갑작스럽게 아버지를 잃고 이제 가장으로 어머님을 돌봐야하는 지모와 가정을 위해서 이 페이지를 만들게 되었습니다. 저희의 마음을 담은 작은 정성이 슬픔 가운데 있는 지모와 유가족에게 큰 위로가 되리라 생각됩니다. 유가족들에게 하나님의 크신 위로와 평강이 함께 하시도록 기도를 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
