It is with utmost heartbreak and sadness that we have to relay the passing of our cousin Juan’s precious little girl ILY ELIZABETH RUIZ. ILY was such a beautiful and innocent soul with a very loving and bubbly personality. It’s still hard to wrap our minds around the thought ILY is no longer with us. She has been tragically taken from our family in such an unfathomable way, and all we want to do is ease the burden and pain her father Juan and the family are going through at this time. Juan will need to move from Texas to California to take care of his remaining son. Also, his search for a new job will require a significant amount of time and he will need to pay for any remaining medical expenses incurred by this tragedy. If you could find it in your heart to assist us toward our angel ILY’s funeral and memorial, we will be eternally grateful. No donation is too big or too small during this incredibly difficult time. We thank you and love you all for being there for Juan and the family, keeping ILY and the family in your thoughts and prayers, and we truly appreciate any help you can give. May God and the universe bless all of you, and may we eventually be healed from this unspeakable pain. Thank you.
UPDATE: The ABC 7 Los Angeles News story that aired today about ILY has been added to ILY’s GoFundMe. Now all can see what our cousin Juan and his family have had to endure the past few days. We don’t wish this excruciating pain upon anyone, and any person who knows ILY’s father Juan recognizes he has already suffered so much loss even previous to this. Please find it in your heart to continue to help them in anyway you can. This should have never happened to his innocent little girl. It is so overwhelmingly painful to hear the accounts of what occurred. It’s been unbearable and hard to wrap our minds around. We have to unite behind Juan and the family. Thank you all for being there for Juan, his son, and all of us. We are moved beyond words. We love you.
The outpouring of love during this time of tragedy for Ily, Juan, and the family has been nothing short of extraordinary. Thank you to the loved ones that have donated, the kind souls we don’t even know who have contributed, and those who continue to donate to help Juan and his son Lazarus. We are in awe of the human kindness being shown.
