With a broken heart and tears in our eyes, we have to let you know that our father, Ismael Serna passed away on February 2, 2021. He suffered a severe and sudden brain bleed. My father was the heart and the roots of our big family. He was a hardworking, loving, intelligent, determine, and caring father and husband. His humorous personality always made everyone laugh. Our dad deeply loved our family, especially our youngest brother Diego. He worked so hard his whole life to provide the best for us. This GoFundMe page was created due to the number of people who asked me to create one to honor his memory. All the funds raised will be used for his funeral services as they will take place in Jalisco, Mexico, as he always wished. All funds will be given to my mother, Maria Lula.
We thank you for your support during these difficult times. I hope that we all can continue to remember my father as the great man that he was.

Con el corazón roto y lágrimas en nuestros ojos, debo informarles que nuestro padre, Ismael Serna, falleció el 2 de febrero de 2021. Sufrió una severa y repentina hemorragia cerebral. Mi padre era el corazón y las raíces de nuestra familia. Fue un padre trabajador, amoroso, inteligente, decidido y cariñoso. Su personalidad humorística siempre hacía reír a todos. Mi papá amaba profundamente a nuestra familia, especialmente a nuestro hermano menor Diego. Trabajó muy duro toda su vida para brindarnos lo mejor. Esta página de gofundme fue creada debido a la cantidad de personas que me pidieron que creara una para honrar su memoria. Todos los fondos recaudados serán destinados a sus servicios funerarios ya que se llevarán a cabo en Jalisco, México, como siempre lo deseó. Todos los fondos serán entregados a nuestra madre, María Lula.
Les agradecemos todo su apoyo durante estos tiempos difíciles. Espero que todos podamos seguir recordando a nuestro padre como el gran hombre que fue.
