In loving memory of Jacob James Prater

We are all devastated by the sudden loss of Jake and request your assistance with unforeseen costs for funeral services. We want to give Jake the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. In the next few weeks, there will be unforeseen expenses the family had no idea would be in their future. Jake leaves behind his mother, father, brother, and sister, and he also leaves behind two beautiful little girls, Bailey, age 11, and Eliza, age 8.

Jake had an amazing personality; he made you laugh, smile, and have a great time. If you knew Jake, you were lucky to have crossed paths with him. Jake was a son, brother, friend, and, most importantly, an amazing father. He enjoyed cooking healthy food for his daughters and made sure they always knew he loved them dearly. He purchased both his daughter's clubs and enjoyed teaching them the game of golf.

The healing process for Jake's family will be a long road, so let's wrap our arms around their family, lessen their load, and offset as much stress as possible. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
