In loving memory of James McNeil Jr.

James McNeil was a man of value. He was a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was also a basketball player, postal worker, and clergy member. 

James loved God. He enjoyed reading the Bible, watching TBN, and listening to gospel music. His favorite scripture was every scripture in the Bible. 

James also loved people. He enjoyed spending time with his family and talking to people on the phone, at the YMCA, on the streets, and in the church. His favorite line was, “OK! Let me pray for you!” 

James passed away on May 10, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. Before he went home to be with the Lord, he spent his final hours surrounded by his wife and children. 

James was a man a value. He will be missed by all.

We will be honoring my father with a tribute on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. I will provide you with more details at they come.

The wake and funeral service will be on the same day, Wednesday, May 18, 2022. The wake will start at 10:00 am and the funeral will start at 12:00 pm.

It will be held at First Born Apostolic Faith Church of God. The address is 1221 East 19th Street, Erie, PA 16503.

For those of you who cannot attend in person, the service will be live streamed. I will provide you with a link once it is available.
