Oh if we could only turn back the clock, shake him by the shoulders, and tell him again how much we loved him, tell him we had his back no matter what, and tell him we still needed him in our lives. Unfortunately, that is not an option, but, we can still tell the world we love Jamie, we wish we still had him in our lives, and we still have his back and will do our part to continue to accomplish his unfinished business.

Jamie didn't have a selfish bone in his body. He fought and sacrificed for his friends, he fought and sacrificed for his faith, he fought and sacrificed for our country, and he fought and sacrificed for his family. He was, in every sense, the "take the shirt off his back" kind of man. So, it only feels natural to look for a way to help others as he would have. One tearful night, a few weeks ago, we scrolled through his Facebook, craving connection, and ran across a bittersweet post he once shared about 22 Until None. That post keeps tugging at our hearts. After several of you have reached out and expressed a desire to also honor Jaime's life, we knew this was the right next step. We have set it up so that ALL proceeds (minus transaction fees) will go directly to the 22 Until None nonprofit organization in Jamie's name. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much not only to struggling veterans but also meant something to Jamie. We look forward to seeing him again someday and telling him about how he continued to have an impact!

Lastly, Jamie was a Christian. We would be amiss to not mention this important part of his life. We would like to invite you to take a moment and consider your beliefs and your relationship with the Lord. Like Jamie, we believe the Bible is God's holy word. We stand on John 3:16-17: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Dear Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I hand over my sins and ask that You please come into my heart. Please guide the remainder of my footsteps with the power of the Holy Spirit. I am choosing to trust and follow you from this point forward. Thank you Lord for saving me and hearing my prayer. Amen.
