In Loving Memory of Japheth Nevin

Dear Family, Friends and Neighbors,

We are devastated to share the tragic news of the untimely passing of an extraordinary young man, Japheth Nevin, who was taken from us in a traffic collision at the tender age of 18. J was not an ordinary teenager; he had achieved remarkable milestones and touched the lives of many. J was an aspiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who wanted to dedicate his time to those in need. J had Type 1 Diabetes, like his mom, and this inspired and motivated him to help others and pursue nursing. He worked diligently at Discount Tire, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and earning respect and admiration of both his coworkers and customers. His compassion, dedication and willingness to help others were what set him apart.

He was the beloved son of Mandy and Brian Nevin, a Mesa Police Officer who works to serve and protect his community. J also has an older sister Hannah who loved him dearly and shared a close bond that words cannot express.

The sudden loss of Japheth has left a gaping hole in the hearts of his family and friends. While we cannot bring him back, we can come together to provide support during this incredibly difficult time.

We have established this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden that comes with such a tragic and unexpected loss. Your generous contributions will assist the family with funeral expenses, costs and offer them some financial relief as they navigate the long challenging road ahead.
