In loving memory of Jo Erlinda Maufit Gabot

Hi, my name is Ian. I am opening this GoFundMe page on behalf of my mother, Jo Erlinda Maufit Gabot, who recently lost her life from a traffic homicide in Sebastian, Florida.

She was a sweet soul who made friends wherever she went and was loved by whoever she met.

A person who does not know when to give up even when faced with such tragedies in life.

A friend that knows how to pick you back up from the depths with her spirited personality.

A daughter that will always make her parents proud.

A sister that loves and cares regardless of distance.

And lastly, a mother that's got all her life to live and all her love to give.

I would appreciate any and all kinds of donations, prayers and thoughts as I currently live and work here in Japan. This would help fund my stay in Florida and funeral costs for my mom. Anything extra will proceed to help bring her remains to the Philippines where she will have a proper burial and funeral.
