In Loving Memory of John Bejarano

Donation protected
On Thursday October 19, 2023, a precious husband, father, son, brother, tio, nino, and friend, John Bejarano gained his wings. He was taken from this earth far too soon.

John was born February 4th, 1963 in Oakland, CA. He was one of four children, from Maria & Jose Bejarano. John was married for 34 years to his beautiful wife Rachel & they had four amazing children; Xavier, Miranda, Alexia & Christian.

As many of you know, John fought a constant battle for 6 years, but rarely showed it to the world. He worked for the Postal Service in Richmond, CA as a Supervisor for 34 years, but was encouraged by his family to retire after his diagnosis.

On Sunday, October 15th, John was admitted into Stanford after complaining of severe pain throughout his body. An adverse affect from the immunotherapy.

He was so full of life, ready for adventure, hit the gym 6 days a week, watched football religiously, and even played (old man) softball, despite being on treatment. To know him was to be family.

To his loving and supportive family, who was there with him fighting every step of the way - I ask as his “3rd son”, for any support that might relieve some of the stress from his family at this time. With all of his treatments, medical bills, and sudden funeral expenses, anything helps. Please donate what you can, if anything, & share with others.

To John, I look up to you in so many ways, my second father. I hope you know you planted a seed in all of us that will forever live on. It was an honor to have you in my life and I will be forever grateful. You are truly one of the best people I have ever met. You never had a bad thing to say, always positive and would give the shirt off your back. We love you, we miss you and we will never ever forget you. Just win baby.

Please keep the Bejarano family in your thoughts and prayers at this time, as they navigate through this terrible nightmare. All is appreciated.
