In Loving Memory of Joshua Ledford

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this story. I am making this GoFundMe page for a family that is very dear to my heart. I have known The Ledford Family my entire life. They have been an essential part of my childhood and my adult life. They have and always will be apart of my village.

On February 28, 2020, Crystal received the phone call every mother fears. Her son, Josh had unexpectedly passed away. Nobody is ever prepared for the loss of a child. 

Josh was 30 years old. He was a devoted father to his son, Jayce. He loved nothing more than being a dad. He had a larger than life personality. If Josh was around, you knew you were going to laugh whether it was at him or he somehow made you end up laughing at yourself. He was loving, hardworking, caring and gentle. He always took it upon himself to be the protector of the ones he loved. 

Josh’s passing has been devastating to everybody who knew him. The family was not only unprepared for the emotional toll this loss has caused but also the financial toll. I am making this GoFundMe page in hopes of taking some of that burden away from them. Anything you can or are willing to donate will go directly to the cost of the services to give Josh the burial he deserves. Any amount raised that goes beyond the cost of the services will go into a trust for Jayce, in memory of his father.
