In loving memory of Kawango Agot

On August 17, 2024, we unexpectedly lost a cherished friend and colleague who devoted her life to improving the health and well-being of so many people in Kenya and beyond. A brilliant researcher and beloved community leader, Dr. Kawango Agot's dedication to making the world a better place touched countless lives. She leaves behind her daughter Gift and two grandsons in the US, adopted children in Kenya, and many others who relied on her love, support, and guidance.
