In loving memory of Kwei Yong "Rosa" Jung

My mother was the center of our family. For her two sons, my mother and father moved to the US not knowing how to speak English. She did that for the education and future of her family. From my very first memory of her, she always did her best and sacrificed for her family. Her gentle heart and resilient spirit have not only led our family but also contributed to the communities and church she was involved in.

She discovered her thymic carcinoma (thymus cancer) in late 2019, and she has battled cancer for the last 5 years. She passed away on Sunday, October 6th, 2024, announced dead at 3:13 PM.

She is survived by my father, my brother, and myself.

I have created this GoFundMe page to help my father with the funeral arrangements and also to share with those who knew her.

Viewing and funeral mass will be held at Poverello of Assisi Retreat Center, San Fernando, California, on Thursday, October 10th. Please let me know if you can join us in the ceremony.

Funeral Mass: 6 PM
