In Loving Memory of Lazar Botev, Funeral & Family Support

It is with immense sadness and a heavy heart that we share the passing of Lazar Botev. After a prolonged battle with cancer, Lazar passed away surrounded by family on 09/24/24.

Lazar was loved by all that knew him. He was known for having the biggest heart, being an absolute jokester, charming everyone he met (he was a “лично магаре” as the Bulgarians say), and being the rock and center of his family near and far.

After moving from Dupnitsa, Bulgaria in 1995, Lazar and his wife founded a family-run cleaning company and raised their two children in Cincinnati, Ohio. He will be remembered for his hard work ethic, dedication to his family, his humor and generosity. Lazar is survived by his wife, Maria, and two children, Anna and Stefan, and the youngest member of the family Metcho-Benji (Lazar’s German shepard). He will be deeply missed.

In wake of this tragedy, we are reaching out to all those who knew and loved Lazar and his family for support. The funds raised will go directly toward funeral expenses, medical bills, and easing the financial burden on his grieving family during this incredibly difficult time.
