In Loving Memory of Liannu Dang

As you may have heard, on Saturday, September 21, our dear sister Liannu suffered a cardiac arrest which caused irreparable significant damage to her brain. Sadly, she is now in her final days here on earth.

Liannu and her husband Derek have been such a tremendous part of our church's ministry. We know many of you were touched by her life and loved her deeply. This is understandably an incredibly difficult time for Derek and their families. We want to help alleviate any additional burden on them by setting up this GoFundMe account to help pay for funeral and burial costs.

Whether you are able to give or not, please continue to pray for this beloved family. We know so many people are hurting with them, and they have been overwhelmed by the show of love and support. While this is an incredibly difficult time for all who knew her, we praise God that we do not grieve as those who have no hope (1 Thess. 4:13). Praise God for His amazing grace to Liannu to bring her to saving faith. Praise God for her faithful life in pursuit of Christ and her love for others. Praise God for the confident hope we have that we will one day be together again in sweet reunion, and more so that we will be together with our Lord.
