In loving memory of Liz Punchard

Liz Punchard died suddenly and very unexpectedly, leaving behind three wonderful children that she devoted her whole life to.  That is why her work family from West Georgia Technical College would like to start donations in her honor.  We want to make sure her children whom she loved the most are continued to be cared for. Before becoming program director, Liz taught within the program in the Parent Child Nursing course. Her passion for nursing and the success of our nursing students and program were always on the forefront of her workday. She had a special quality of pulling people in and making them feel special. She was adored by her students and respected and loved by the faculty. Her calm, gentle reassurance helped others to build confidence and make sound decisions. To say she was loved by all is an understatement. Our hearts are with her family as they morn this sudden, heartbreaking loss. Liz was a beautiful person inside and out.
