In Loving Memory of Maria Medina Mendez

On Thursday June 18th, our beloved sister, Maria Socorro Medina Mendez, passed away in El Paso, Texas. She left this world after an unexpected series of health complications. Heart failure was the cause of her death. She was a single mother of two loving daughters. All who knew her, witnessed the bright light she shined on those around her. From an early age she decided that she wanted to be a nurse, which she accomplished even with the struggles of becoming a new mom. Years later, after blessing her with a child with special needs, she started and managed a successful home health agency which blessed countless people in our family and in her community for many years. She is survived by her two daughters, mother, sisters and brothers. Funeral info to follow in the next few days.
