Hi, my name is Steven Love Peltier. My mother, Mary Peltier, lost her two year battle with cancer on Thursday, July 22nd. It began as stage IV cervical cancer, which gradually reached her heart and lungs.

Mom was the kind of woman who would prepare written topics of conversation before catching up with you on the phone, permanently keep and hang up every single card she ever received, and celebrate even the smallest of holidays by bringing bags of gifts for loved ones and strangers alike.

There was so much more my mom hoped to experience: A grandchild to hold--the music and shows in New York--an old home to drive by one last time. It’s not in mine or anyone’s power to grant my mom these things, but I do wish to fulfill her funeral and burial wishes.

Any donations towards achieving my mother’s wish for a funeral service and burial would be deeply appreciated by those of us who knew her, loved her, and miss her dearly. Thank you.
